1>With respect to our engine products, like the engine assy, long block, power unit, genset, we usually ship it by Sea or by Train. 2>And for the engine parts, we can send you by Express like DHL, UPS, FEDEX.., by Air, by Sea, by Train.. It depends on the amount of the goods and if the goods are General goods or not.

Do you have any warranty for your engines?

Yes, sure. Usually we provide 6 months warranty for our clients.

Can you do dynamometer test for us if we order a engine from you?

Yes, sure. We have our own dynamometer and we are able to do the dyno test.

LIMITED WARRANTY, Remanufactured Engines

Hubei Xinshengkang Power Tech. Co.,Ltd warrants to the original retail consumer that each engine will be free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the applicable coverage period as set forth below, beginning on date of purchase; provided the engine is operated and maintained in accordance with Cummins instructions and manuals.

Type of use

Industrial / Construction / Automotive 6 Months

G-drive 1 year or 1000 Running Hours which comes first

Our obligation under this warranty is expressly limited, to Provide free parts at any place of China.

The following items are not covered by this warranty.

Damage caused as a result of an accident or casualty.

Failures caused by faulty repairs made by others.

Transportation charges in connection with the repair or replacement of defective parts and the shipping cost from China to the end user.

Charges caused by Service, Repair, Diagnose.

Damage caused from unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear, or premature wear from improper maintenance.

Engine accessories such as filters, belts, clutches, starter, alternator...electrical parts.
